From the moment we walked in we felt so welcome. The food was amazing and the staff were the absolute best. We had a fantastic evening.

We went for lunch during the week. The food was fabulous and the service was excellent. Dogs welcome in bar area. Highly recommend!

The Fox is a super friendly pub . Great service and a good menu . I had the steak pie , so tasty. Overall great visit and if I lived closer I would definitely be a regular 😊

5* family meal. Visited on a Saturday lunchtime for a family members 50th birthday celebration. Chosen as a half way point to meet as there were people from Leicester and others from Peterborough and beyond. Beautiful country pub with well kept real ales and fantastic food & service. There were 8 of us in the party and there were absolutely no complaints from any one of us. Brilliant. If it wasn't for the distance involved, I'd be a regular!

Lovely Sunday roast we had! Children loved it too! Great portion for all of us! Great choice of desserts! Really delicious! Staff was really lovely and helpful. Highly recommended. Met up with friends for a recent Sunday lunch. The staff were very welcoming, a good range of beer, which is nice to see nowadays as it's becoming less widespread. The roast beef was tasty and excellent, although my roast potatoes weren't quite as crispy as perhaps they could have been, but that's a very, very minor gripe in what otherwise was an excellent meal. Highly recommended.

Great pub with good menu. Our meal was delicious with the steak and ale pie being the best our husbands have eaten. So packed with beef and nice light pastry. Lovely quiet village setting with outdoor seating areas.

Absolutely smashing pub and the food is even better, I had a steak and chips with the best peppercorn sauce and my mum had a beef sandwich. Best steak I’ve had for a long time. The staff are very friendly. Looking forward to going again
