We did not have such a good experience. Our tray unit on wheels arrived with doors that were loose, didn't fit and didn't shut without having to lift the doors. I was then told I needed to have it collected and would have to start again with the order. I worked this out so carefully so it all could have been sorted out in the school holidays and now we are going to have started term and have already got rid of our old chest on wheels. Was shocked that a new tray unit could leave the factory with doors obviously not closing . But even more disappointed I have to go to the bottom of the queue to re-order, through no fault of mine.

They recently made a plan chest for me and it was well made and does the job perfectly. The best bit though was the customer service and how accommodating they were with delivering when I could not be there. Thoroughly recommend!
